p53-MDM2-IN-3 (Compound 5s) is an orally active p53-MDM2 inhibitor with a Ki value of 0.25 μM. p53-MDM2-IN-3 exerts antitumor activity by inhibiting NF-κB pathway[1].

In Vitro

p53-MDM2-IN-3 (0.1-20 μM, 4 h) dose-dependent increases p65 levels in A549 cytoplasm and nucleus[1].
p53-MDM2-IN-3 (0.1-10 μM, 4 h) selectively activates p53 or inhibits the NF-κB pathway in A549 cells[1].
