Paeonilactone B  (Synonyms: (+)-Paeonilactone B)

Paeonilactone B is a monoterpene with neuroprotective effect against oxidative stress. Paeonilactone B protects rat cortical cells against H₂O₂-induced neurotoxicity^[1].

Paeonilactone B (0.1-10 μM; 1 h) inhibits H₂O₂-induced (50 μM; 24 h) neurotoxicity in primary cultures of rat cortical cells^[1].
