In Vitro

PI3Kα-IN-23 inhibits pAKT phosphorylation in cell with IC50=1 nM-500 nM (T-47D); >15 μΜ (SKBR3) ,respectively[1].
PI3Kα-IN-23 can inhibit cell proliferation with EC50=500 nM-2 μΜ (T-47D); 2 μΜ-15 μΜ (SKBR3)[1].
