Fc Receptor Like 1 (FCRL1)

FCRL molecules belong to the immunoglobulin super family (IgSF) with a potential activating and inhibitory roles. The FCRL genes encode two intracellular receptors (FCRL A and B) and six transmembrane glycoproteins type I (FCRL1-6). FCRL1-6 are all type 1 transmembrane glycoproteins that contain immunoglobulin-like domains in their extracellular regions. They consist of three to nine immunoglobulin (Ig)-like domains in the extracellular region and immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation (ITAM)/inhibition (ITIM) motifs in their cytoplasmic domain. Unlike FcRs, which are typically either activatory or inhibitory, three of the FCRLs (FCRL2, FCRL3, and FCRL5) contain both activatory and inhibitory sequences, suggesting that they might be capable of dual-modulation. FCRL1-5 are dominantly expressed in different stages of B-cells development. But, FCRL6 is preferentially expressed in different subsets of T-cells and NK cells. FCRL1-5 could regulate different features of B-cell evolution such as development, differentiation, activation, antibody secretion and isotype switching.

  • HY-P72655
    FCRL1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His)

    Fc receptor-like protein 1; FcRL1; FcRH1; hIFGP1; CD307a; FCRH1; IFGP1; IRTA5

    Human HEK293
The FCRL1 protein may act as an activation coreceptor in B cells, suggesting involvement in B cell activation and differentiation processes. The dual role of FCRL1 makes it a key player in regulating B cell responses and enhancing signaling pathways associated with B cell activation. FCRL1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived FCRL1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
  • HY-P72656
    FCRL1 Protein, Mouse (203a.a, HEK293, His)

    Fc receptor-like protein 1; FcRL1; FcRH1; hIFGP1; CD307a; FCRH1; IFGP1; IRTA5

    Mouse HEK293
Fc receptor-like protein 1 (Fcrl1) is a cell-surface membrane protein that belongs to FCRL family. Fcrl1 is a BCR co-receptor and enhance signaling through the B cell receptor. Fcrl1 promotes B cell proliferation and calcium mobilization. Fcrl1 is a biomarker and an important target in B cell lymphoproliferative disorders. FCRL1 Protein, Mouse (203a.a, HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived FCRL1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
  • HY-P76923
    FCRL1 Protein, Mouse (Q8R4Y0-2, HEK293, His)

    Fc receptor-like protein 1; FcRL1; FcRH1; hIFGP1; CD307a; FCRH1; IFGP1; IRTA5

    Mouse HEK293
FCRL1 Protein, a potential activating coreceptor in B-cells, may play a role in B-cell activation and differentiation. Although the precise mechanisms are under investigation, FCRL1's presence suggests involvement in intricate signaling pathways associated with B-cell function and immune responses. FCRL1 Protein, Mouse (Q8R4Y0-2, HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived FCRL1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
