ACTB Protein, Human (His)

ACTB Protein, Human (His) is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Phe375) of Human ACTB fused with a His tag at the C-terminus^[1].

ACTB encodes b-actin, an abundant cytoskeletal housekeeping protein. ACTB is the only gene common to all four deletions, leading us to hypothesize that ACTB haploinsufficiency leads to a distinct clinical syndrome^[1].

Solution.

Supplied as a 0.2 μm filter solution of 10 mM Tris-HCl, 0.1% Triton X-100, 2 mM DTT, 10% Glycerol, pH 8.0.

<1 EU/μg, determined by LAL method.

Stored at -80°C for 1 year. It is stable at -20°C for 3 months after opening. It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -80°C for extended storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
