EPO/Erythropoietin Protein Protein, Human (HEK293)

1.Measured in a cell proliferation assay using TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.4-1 ng/mL. Test result was comparable to standard batch.
2.Immobilized Human EPO, No Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human EPO R, hFc Tag with the EC₅₀ of 25.7ng/ml determined by ELISA.

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
