Background

Additionally, there is evidence suggesting activation by CSPG5. Biological Activity

Measured by its ability to inhibit the biological activity of Neuregulin-1-beta 1 on MCF‑7 human breast cancer cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.2223 μg/mL in the presence of 10 ng/mL Recombinant Human NRG1‑beta1(HY-P70524).
