PDGF-BB Protein is a member of the PDGF family and promotes cell proliferation, survival, and migration by binding to the tyrosine kinase PDGF receptor. PDGF-BB Protein promotes tendon healing and neuroregulation after spinal cord hemisection in primates. PDGF-BB Protein, Rhesus Macaque (P.pastoris, His) is the recombinant Rhesus Macaque-derived PDGF-BB protein, expressed by P. pastoris , with N-His labeled tag.

Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) is a potent mitogen and chemical attractant of mesenchymal cells and osteoblasts and stimulates angiogenic molecules that play an important role in bone regeneration. Platelet-derived growth factor-BB, a member of the PDGF family, promotes cell proliferation, survival and migration by binding to the tyrosine kinase PDGF receptor. PDGF-BB has a beneficial effect on hemorrhagic shock, which is closely related to the improvement of vascular reactivity and hemodynamics by targeting CX43. PDGF-BB acts in subsomatic cavernous smooth muscle cells (CCSMCs) by binding to PDGFR. PDGF-BB promotes tendon healing. PDGF-BB plays an important role in neuroregulation after spinal cord hemisection in primates^[1][2][3].
