Acts upstream of or within several processes, including adipose tissue development; fat cell differentiation; and positive regulation of transforming growth factor beta2 production. Located in membrane; nucleus; and site of double-strand break. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; brain; eye; genitourinary system; and musculoskeletal system.
