Description

CK-963 is an activator for cardiac troponin (cTnC) with Ki of 11.5 μM. CK-963 exhibits activity in enhancing cardiac contractility in Sprague-Dawley rats[1].

In Vivo

CK-963 (0.5 mg/kg, i.v.) reveals a pharmacokinetic profil with a clearance <25% in hepatic blood flow and a half-time of 0.6 h in Sprague-Dawley rats[1].
