Description

Diphenylmethanimine is a biochemical reagent that can be used as a biological material or organic compound for life science related research.

In Vitro

Useful in the preparation of nitrogen ylide dimers.Benzophenone imine as ammonia surrogate. As intermediate material for synthesis of organic chemicals. Catalytic enantioselective alkylation of the benzophenone imine of glycine t-butyl ester using phosphazene (Sch wesinger) bases and chiral quaternary ammonium salts yields either enantiomer of amino acid derivatives in excellent yield.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
