In Vitro

Enfortumab Vedotin (Padcev) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) consisting of a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting nectin-4 and monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). Nectin-4 is highly expressed in urothelial carcinoma, and MMAE is a microtubule disruptor. Enfortumab Vedotin binds to nectin-4 and delivers MMAE to the interior of tumor cells, thereby inhibiting the formation of cell microtubules, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis[1][2].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
