Located in several cellular components, including Golgi apparatus; lysosome; and synaptic vesicle. Part of gamma-secretase complex. Is expressed in several structures, including brain and genitourinary system. Used to study chronic myeloid leukemia; schizophrenia; and urinary bladder Cancer.
