Fusion Proteins

Fusion proteins drugs are mainly classified into two categories: one is antibody fusion proteins containing Fc segments, which are fused with certain proteins with specific binding and affinity for antigens by utilizing the Fc segment of IgG1 (which can be bound to the Fc receptor on the cell surface). The other type is the antibody Fv segment (Fab/scFv) that binds to other biologically active proteins, such as cytokines, toxins, enzymes, antigens, ligands, etc., and utilizes the antibody's specific recognition function to direct these biologically active substances to specific sites.
