Description

IR-1061 is a near infrared fluorescent organic dye for in vivo bimodal imaging[1][2].

In Vitro

The emission peak of IR-1061 is approximately at 1100 nm, the main absorption peak is at 1064 nm, and there is a slight shoulder peak at 890 nm[1][2].

In Vivo

IR-1061 exhibits excellent performance in in vivo imaging experiments on mice. Bimodal imaging is performed by a single injection of the PLP-D probe containing IR-1061. In OTN-NIR imaging, signals can be observed 30 seconds after injection. Blood vessels and the liver are visualized first, and the signals remains stable within 300 seconds after injection. Most of the signals accumulates in the liver and spleen 150 minutes later. In MRI, imaging startes 30 minutes after injection, and signal changes in regions such as the liver and bladder can be observed[1].
