LasR-IN-4 is a potent LasR inhibitor. LasR-IN-4 can inhibit Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its biofilm formation, pyocyanin production, and rhamnolipids production[1].

MIC: 56.25 μg/mL (P. aeruginosa)[1]

In Vitro

LasR-IN-4 (compound 3d) has inhibitory activity against P. aeruginosa with MIC of 56.25 μg/mL, and inhibits biofilm formation, pyocyanin production, and rhamnolipids production of 71.70%, 68.70% and 54.00%, respectively[1].
