    Liproxstatin-1 hydrochloride is a potent ferroptosis inhibitor and inhibits ferroptotic cell death (IC50=22 nM)[1].

    In Vitro

    Liproxstatin-1 shows antiferroptotic activity with an IC50 of approximately 38 nM in mouse embryonic fibroblasts[2].
