Description

ADPRH/ARH1 Protein, Human (His) is human recombinant ADP-ribosylarginine hydrolase (ADPRH) with a N-terminal His-tag. ADPRH/ARH1 Protein, Human (His) is expressed in E. coli.

Background

ADP-ribosylarginine hydrolase (ADPRH; ARH-1) belongs to the ADP-ribosylglycohydrolase family. ADPRH cleaves α-ADP-ribose-arginine (protein), produced in the transferase-catalyzed reaction, to regenerate the arginine-guanidino group. ADPRH catalyzes removal of mono-ADP-ribose from arginine residues of proteins in the ADP-ribosylation cycle. The dysregulation of mono-ADP ribosylation of arginines in proteins by ADPRH can affect cell proliferation and tumorigenesis. ADPRH cDNAs from human, rat, and mouse tissues share 82% similarity of deduced amino acid sequences[1][2].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.

The dilution calculator equation

Concentration (start) × Volume (start) = Concentration (final) × Volume (final)

This equation is commonly abbreviated as: C1V1 = C2V2

Concentration (start) × Volume (start) = Concentration (final) × Volume (final)
× = ×
