HDAC8-IN-12 triggers anti-tumor immunity by activating T cells, increasing the proportion of M1 macrophages and decreasing the proportion of M2 macrophages. HDAC8-IN-12 (50 mg/kg) exerts tumor suppressive effects in an orthotopic mouse model of breast cancer .
