Topoisomerase II inhibitor 15 (compound 2g) shows very strong activities against HNO97 with IC50 values of 3 μg/mL. Topoisomerase II inhibitor 15 arrestes cell cycle progression at both the S and G2-M phases, as well as increased the early and late apoptosis phase ratios[1].
