Triadimenol is a triazole fungicide and has been widely used in agriculture. Triadimenol has certain toxicity to animals[1].

In Vivo

Triadimenol (6.25-125 μM; cultured for 48 h in rat serum) influences cranial nerve and ganglia in rat embryos[1].
