SPK-601 (LMV-601) is an inhibitor of the phosphatidylcholine-specific phospholipase C (PC-PLC). SPK-601 also can be used as an antimicrobial agent[1].

SPK-601 (72 hours; HPV-31 cells) displays a dose dependent inhibitory effect on cell growth (IC50 of 16 μg/mL), and inhibits HPV-31 specific RNA expression and DNA replication[2].
