Ebiratide TFA  (Synonyms: HOE-427 TFA)

Ebiratide (HOE-427) TFA is an ACTH 4-9 derivative, which acts directly on the central nervous system and exhibits memory-enhancing efficacy. Ebiratide TFA enhances acetycholine (ACh) metabolism in rat brain^[1][2].

Ebiratide (0.1-30 μg/kg, s.c., single dose) TFA exhibits neuroprotective efficacy in electoconvulsive shock and Scopolamine (HY-N0296)-induced memory impairment in mice model, exhibits anti-amnestic efficacy^[1].
