EEicosapentaenoic acid metformin activates RAS/ERK/C/EBPβ pathway through H-Ras intron 1 CpG island demethylation in U937 leukemia cells. Eicosapentaenoic acid metformin can promote relaxation of vascular smooth muscle cells and vasodilation.
