exo-IWR-1, an inactive stereoisomer of Endo-IWR-1, is a negative control of IWR-1 (HY-12238). IWR-1 is a tankyrase inhibitor which inhibits Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway[1][2].

In Vitro

exo-IWR-1 (10 μM) does not influence the number of 293T cells infected with bunyaviruses[1].
Exo-IWR-1 had no effect on RVFV MP12-GFP infection when cells were either pretreated or treated 1 hpi[2].
