In Vitro

Fmoc-Ala-Glu-Gln-Lys-NH2 (45 min; pH=6) has no effect on the proteolysis of UNC5C, while Fmoc-Ala-Glu-Asn-Lys-NH2 (AENK) exerts inhibition[1].
