Halobetasol (Ulobetasol) is a corticosteroid. Halobetasol can be used for research of severe localized psoriasis[1].

In Vitro

Cell Viability Assay[2]

Cell Line: HaCaT, THP-1
Concentration: 0.05-12.85 μM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Affected decreasing the viability in both cell lines up to 50% corresponding to dilution 1/20.
In Vivo
Animal Model: New Zealand male albino rabbits[2]
Dosage: 0.5 ml
Administration: Intradermal injection
Result: Generated blisters were approximately 35% smaller.
