In Vitro

KLD-12 TFA forms self-assembled polypeptide with SDF-1, improves the survival of bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs), promotes osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs and cell migration through Wnt/β-catenin pathway[1].

In Vivo
