Description

Progranulin modulator-3 (compd C40) is a brain-penetrant and orally active progranulin (PGRN) inducer. Progranulin modulator-3 can be used for neurological research[1].

In Vitro

Progranulin modulator-3 (1-30 μM, 48 h) induces PGRN protein production does-dependently in N2A cells[1].
