In Vitro

PSB-1115 (100 μM) inhibits TNBS (10 mM) induced ACh contraction inhibition in the ileum/jejunum segment[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

In Vivo

PSB-1115 (0.5 mg/kg; i.p.; single dose, injected 20 minutes before inhalation) antagonizes the inhibitory effect of the non-selective adenosine receptor agonist NECA (HY-103173) on mucociliary clearance in mice[2].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
