PXS-4787 hydrochloride reduces deposition and crosslinking of collagen I secreted by human fibroblasts.

PXS-4787 hydrochloride is a specific and effective pan-LOX (lysyl oxidase) inhibitor for abolishing lysyl oxidase activity.
