In Vivo

(R)-Indeloxazine benzenesulfonate (AS1069562, STZ-induced diabetic rats, orally, 3, 10, and 30 mg/kg) has a longer-lasting analgesic effect administered for 4 weeks in a rat model of Streptozotocin (STZ, HY-13753)-induced diabetic neuropathic pain[2].
(R)-Indeloxazine benzenesulfonate (AS1069562, STZ-induced diabetic rats, orally, 3, 10, and 30 mg/kg) significantly restores decreased insulin-like growth factor 1 and fibroblast growth factor 2 mRNA levels in dorsal root ganglion and spinal cord, respectively[2].
