In Vitro

USP10-IN-3 (compound D1) (0-100 µM) inhibits cell proliferation with an IC50 value of 2.3 µM for Huh-7 cells[1].
USP10-IN-3 (compound D1) (0-10 µM; 24 h) induces apoptosis and cell cycle arrest at S-phase in a dose-dependent manner[1].
USP10-IN-3 (compound D1) (0-30 µM; 24 h) decreases the expression of YAP1, p53, p21 in a dose-dependent manner[1].
