Description

Yaddle1 is an agonist of the mechano-activated ion channel (Piezo1) with a half-maximal effective concentration (MEC50) of 0.40 μM. Yaddle1 can significantly trigger Ca2+ inflow in T cells and induce T cell activation response. Yaddle1 can be used in the study of vaccine adjuvants[1].

In Vitro

Yaddle1 (Compound 34) (0.1-20 μM; 6-24 h) has no significant toxicity to PBMCs cells[1].
Yaddle1 (Compound 34) (200 μM;24 h) has a kinetic solubility of 26.72 μM at pH 7.4, which is 10-fold better than that of Yoda1(HY-18723)[1].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
