Description	NEK2 Antibody (YA1910) is a biotin-conjugated non-conjugated IgG antibody, targeting NEK2, with a predicted molecular weight of 52 kDa (observed band size: 48/44 kDa). NEK2 Antibody (YA1910) can be used for WB experiment in human background.
Background	The related gene encodes a serine/threonine-protein kinase that is involved in mitotic regulation. The protein is localized to the centrosome, and undetectable during G1 phase, but accumulates progressively throughout the S phase, reaching maximal levels in late G2 phase.
