1. Metabolic Enzyme/Protease
  2. MMP
  3. ND-336

ND-336 is a selective inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2, MMP-9, and MMP-14, with Kis of 85, 150, and 120 nM, respectively. ND-336 accelerates diabetic wound healing in mice by lowering inflammation and by enhancing angiogenesis and re-epithelialization of the wound.

In Vivo

ND-336 accelerates diabetic wound healing by decreasing inflammation and by enhancing angiogenesis and re-epithelialization of the wound, thus reversing the pathological condition[1].
ND-336 (0.05-0.01 mg; topical application; daily for 14 day) accelerates diabetic wound healing[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Animal Model: Female diabetic db/db mice[1]
Dosage: 0.05, 0.025, and 0.01 mg
Administration: Topical application; daily for 14 day
Result: Healed 1.2- to 1.6-fold faster than those treated with ND-322 than those treated with vehicle.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
