Measured by its ability to inhibit anti-CD3 antibody induced IL-2 secretion in Jurkat human T lymphocytes. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 1.173 μg/mL in the presence of 5 μg/mL anti-CD3, corresponding to a specific activity is 852.515 U/mg.
