Bispecific Antibodies

Bispecific antibodies are antibodies with two binding sites against two different antigens or two different epitopes on the same antigen. The core mechanism involves bridging immune cells (e.g., T cells) with target cells (e.g., cancer cells, by binding CD3 and tumor antigens) to enhance killing, or blocking two disease-associated pathways simultaneously.
