OF-Deg-Lin is an ionizable amino lipid used for the generation of Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs).

In Vitro

OF-Deg-Lin is an ionizable lipid material that forms lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) with components such as cholesterol, lipid-anchored polyethylene glycol (PEG), phospholipids and mRNA for in vivo delivery of mRNA. OF-Deg-Lin LNPs specifically delivers mRNA to the spleen, inducing protein expression in the spleen, while less protein expression in other organs such as the liver[2].

In Vivo

OF-Deg-Lin (iv, single dose) induces the majority of protein expression in the spleen, labels a certain proportion of B cells in the spleen, while causing minimal translation in other organs in mouse models[2].
