Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a autoimmune disease characterized by persistent joint inflammation. The pathology of RA includes immune cell infiltration, synovial lining proliferation, pannus formation, and the destruction of joint cartilage and bone, which is highly disabling. Due to long-term chronic inflammation, RA not only severely affects the quality of life of patients but can also damage multiple organs, leading to lung diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and malignant tumors. The pathogenesis of RA is complex, involving genetic, environmental, and immune factors. With the advancement of high-throughput screening technology, screening for compounds targeting JAK, CCR, MEK, MMP targets may contribute to the development of more effective drugs against Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).

MCE has collected 1,483 small molecule compounds with definite or potential anti-rheumatoid arthritis activity. This library is of significant value for researching the anti-RA drugs.

For pre-dissolved solutions, 10 mM for compounds with the solubility not lower than 10 mM, 2 mM for compounds with solubility between 2 mM and 10 mM, and 3 mg/mL for compounds with unconfirmed molecular weight and solubility not lower than 3 mg/mL.

Formulation:

A collection of 1,483 rheumatoid arthritis related compounds supplied as pre-dissolved Solutions or Solid.
Solution: 1,437 compounds supplied in 10 mM solution, 43 compounds supplied in 2 mM solution, 3 compounds supplied in 3 mg/mL solution.

Layout:

96-well storage tube or 96-well plate: 1st and 12th column are left empty.
384-well plate: the first two columns and the last two columns are left empty.
Compounds with different concentrations or dissolved in different solvents will be put on separate plates. This way of layout may increase the number of plates because there could be three solvents and three concentrations.
