Dissolved in 0.05 mol/L acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution (pH 4.6) (0.02 mg/mL). If there is insoluble enzyme activity protectant during enzyme dissolution, the supernatant can be filtered and used.Or dissolve according to specific experimental references.
