SFI003 is a novel SRSF3 inhibitor, and shows anticancer activity by inducing ROS-mediated cell apoptosis against colorectal cancer[1].

In Vitro

SFI003 (0-2.5  μM, 72 h) inhibits the proliferation of HCT-116 and SW480 cells with IC50 values of 8.78 µM and 48.67 µM, respectively[1].
SFI003 (10, 20 and 50  μM, 72 h) induces cell apoptosis in HCT-116 and SW480 cells [1].
