    HCT 116 cells were seeded at 1*105  cells/well in a 24-well plate and were cultured overnight. Then, cells are treated with 0-75 nM CYD19 (HY-144315) for 48 hours to assess the expression of Snail-1 via Western blotting. The results demonstrated that CYD19 inhibited the expression of Snail-1 at 75 and 100 nM. Primary antibody: SNAI1 antibody (HY-P81135), β-actin antibody (HY-P80438).

    Description

    CYD19 is a potent Snail/HDAC dual target inhibitor. CYD19 displays potent inhibitory activity against HDAC1 with an IC50 of 0.405 μM and potent inhibition against Snail with a Kd of 0.18 μM.     CYD19 (compound 9n) shows antiproliferative activity in HCT-116 cell lines with an IC50 of 0.0751 μM. CYD19 shows a good inhibitory effect on NCI–H522 (GI50=0.0488 μM), MDA-MB-435 (GI50=0.0361 μM), and MCF7 (GI50=0.0518 μM)[1].
