Topoisomerase IIα-IN-3 (Compound 12c) shows cytotoxic potential with IC50 values of 2.82 ± 0.10, 3.28 ± 0.43, 4.09 ± 0.59, 4.78 ± 1.29, 3.83 ± 0.9,4 3.18 ± 0.49 and 71.25 ± 7.95 μM against A549, MDA-MB-231, BT-474, HCT-116, HL-60, THP-1 and BEAS-2B cells, respectively[1].
